Alexander Dyukov: “We will continue production even at prices of USD 10-20 per barrel”
Dyukov said the only thing lacking in the current tax system is an adjustment that would make it possible to use tertiary methods for hydrocarbon extraction and work with hard-to-recover reserves.
2 October, Moscow. – President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Nicolás Maduro Moros will take part in the Russian Energy Week Forum.
Russian Deputy Minister of Energy Anton Inyutsyn said Maduro would speak at the panel session ‘Oil and Geopolitics: Causes and Consequences’. The session is scheduled for 09:30 on 4 October and will be held in the Plenary conference hall. The panellists will discuss the current state of the world’s political balance and its correlation with the energy balance, and will also propose mechanisms for localizing emerging crises.
The Ministry of Energy of Russia has drafted a phased approach to replacing electricity meters with new generation devices. “Smart” electricity meters will convey energy consumption data directly to the electric grid company, thereby obviating the need to take monthly meter readings.
