Russian Energy Week becomes more affordable for participants
You can attend Russian Energy Week for free. Thanks to support for the Forum by the Moscow Government and Rosseti, the organizers are now able to offer participants the opportunity to receive the ‘Special’ accreditation package free of charge, subject to registration on the Forum’s website (http://rusenergyweek.com) on 14–21 September. The package offers participants the opportunity to attend Forum events on 5–6 October 2017 free of charge.
At the same time, the existing ‘Premium’ and ‘Standard’ packages enable participants to attend the Forum on 4 October as well as events with limited access on 5–6 October.
“By offering opportunities to attend the Forum for free on 5–6 October, Russian Energy Week has confirmed its status as the main Russian energy platform not only for international participants, but also for regional experts and companies”, Deputy Chairman of the Organizing Committee and Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Anton Inyutsyn said.
For his part, Rosseti General Director Pavel Livinsky said: “Rosseti and the Moscow Government have been supporting the forum since its inception. Improving energy efficiency and energy development are our priorities which we, along with the Russian Energy Ministry, are not only introducing into our work, but consider important to promote throughout the country”.
Moscow, 7 October. – Russian Minister of Energy Alexander Novak held an informal meeting with students and young specialists in the fuel and energy sector as part of Youth Day during Russian Energy Week. The minister answered questions from the discussion participants in the hall. Young people from Russia’s regions also had an opportunity to interact with the minister via a video bridge. The conversation primarily focused on the future of energy, the role of hydrocarbons, successes in import substitution, modern technologies, and personnel potential.
The Government of the Russian Federation has been instructed by Prime Minister Medvedev to develop a set of state support measures for electric vehicles in Russia by 17 August.
The Agency for Strategic Initiatives held a business breakfast for foreign partners ‘Business Climate in Russia: Achievements and Challenges?’ in Moscow on 19 December 2017. It was attended by representatives of Russian official and business communities and the expert community, as well as of the diplomatic missions of Argentina, Greece, Malaysia, South Africa, Belarus, etc.
