Russian Energy Week to discuss the state’s role and objectives in accumulating human capital for the fuel and energy complex

The St. Petersburg International Gas Forum will take place as part of the Russian Energy Week Energy Efficiency and Energy Development International Forum. The “Human Capital. Investing in Russia’s Sustainable Economy” HR Conference will be one of the discussion topics at the Forum.

St. Petersburg State University of Economics, together with the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, is organizing the event.

The conference participants will discuss the trends in development of the labour market in the oil and gas industry, as well as of a professional qualifications system in the oil and gas complex.

One section will focus on recent changes to the labour law and procedures for production organizations to apply the new standards by, supported by case studies.
