American Chamber of Commerce praises resumption in Russian-U.S. business dialogue

President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia Alexis Rodzianko has offered high praise for the level of preparation and staging of the Russian-U.S. business dialogue at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2017. “The American Chamber of Commerce in Russia expresses its respect and gratitude for the fruitful cooperation during the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum 2017 and also for cooperation during all stages of its preparation. We received high praise and a lot of positive feedback from Chamber members on the Russia-USA roundtable at SPIEF 2017”, he said.

Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Anton Kobyakov said the Russia-USA roundtable was brought back to the SPIEF programme for the first time following a three-year break, which indicates the readiness of the U.S. business community for interaction and cooperation.

Rodzianko also expressed hope for further fruitful cooperation at key international economic forums. In particular, U.S. business representatives plan to be actively involved in the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok on September 6–7, 2017 and Russian Energy Week in Moscow on October 3–7, 2017.
