Gazprom Neft is a vertically integrated oil company primarily engaged in oil and gas exploration and production, refining, and the production and sale of petroleum products. Gazprom Neft’s corporate structure encompasses more than 70 exploration and production, refining and retail companies in Russia, the CIS and worldwide.

Gazprom Neft is one of the world’s top-10 public companies by proven liquid hydrocarbon reserves, and a global leader in terms of the speed of reserves replacement. The company’s production and refining volumes – which in 2018 reached 92.9 million tonnes of oil equivalent (Mtoe) and 42.9 million tonnes of oil respectively – places it among the top-three most important companies in Russia.

Gazprom Neft’s products are sold throughout Russia and exported to over 50 countries worldwide. The company has more than 1,830 filling stations throughout Russia, the CIS and Europe.

Net profit at Gazprom Neft reached RUB 376.7 billion in 2018, a 49-percent increase from 2017. The company is a market leader in terms of both financial growth and various efficiency metrics, including its internal rate of return (IRR).

The company’s majority shareholder is Gazprom PJSC (95.68 percent), with the remaining shares in free circulation.

Surgutneftegas is one of the largest vertically integrated oil companies in Russia, uniting R&D, exploration, drilling, production units, oil and gas processing, and marketing enterprises. The company focuses its business in Russia and operates from the Baltic Sea to the Far East.

Rosseti, Public Joint Stock Company (ROSSETI) – an operator of energy grids in Russia and one of the largest electric companies in the world. The company maintains 2.35 million km of power transmission lines, 507,000 substations with a transformer capacity of more than 792 GW. In 2018, net power supply to consumers amounted to 761.5 billion kWh. The Rosseti Group of Companies has 220,000 employees. The asset portfolio of ROSSETI includes 35 subsidiaries and affiliates, including 15 interregional and a main network company. The controlling shareholder of the company is the state represented by the Federal Agency for State Property Management of the Russian Federation, which owns 88.04% of the share capital. ROSSETI is a leading company in the Russian market in introducing innovative technologies to the main and distribution grid complex. The company pays great attention to such issues as energy conservation, energy efficiency, international cooperation, environmental protection and occupational safety.

Sberbank PJSC is the largest bank in Russia and one of the leading global financial institutions. It holds almost one third of aggregate Russian banking sector asset, is the key lender to the Russian economy, and holds the largest market share of deposits. The founder and main shareholder of Sberbank PJSC is the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, which owns 50% of its share capital plus one voting share. The rest of the bank's shares are divided between Russian and international investors. Sberbank has more than 97.8 million active customers in 21 countries. It has 15,000 branches in Russia, more than any other bank. Outside of Russia Sberbank has subsidiary banks, branches and representative offices in the UK, USA, CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, India, China and other countries.

Transneft is the largest oil pipeline company in the world, a Russian state operator of oil and oil product pipelines.

Transneft transports 83% of crude and 30% of light petroleum products produced in Russia. The Company operates 68,300 km of oil pipelines, over 24 million cubic meters of storage tank capacity and more than 500 pumping stations.

The Company’s trunk pipeline system connects Russian oilfields and refineries with consumers in the territory of the Russian Federation, as well as in neighboring countries and beyond.

About 119,000 people work at the Company's facilities in 64 regions of the Russian Federation located in 8 federal districts.
