Rosneft is the leader of Russia’s petroleum industry and the world’s largest public oil and gas company by liquid hydrocarbon production and reserves. The Company’s core operations are in hydrocarbon exploration and appraisal, production of oil, gas and gas condensate, offshore developments, refining, marketing of oil, gas and oil products inside and outside Russia. Hydrocarbon production of Rosneft in 2016 amounted to 265 mtoe.

Rosneft’s exploration and production geography spans across all key oil and gas provinces of Russia located in Western Siberia, Southern and Central Russia, Timano-Pechora, Eastern Siberia and the Far East. The Company also implements projects in India, Venezuela, Brazil, Vietnam, Norway, Canada, Mozambique, Indonesia.

Rosneft is one of the major investors in Russia’s economy and the country’s biggest taxpayer. Working environmentally responsible is the cornerstone of Rosneft’s operations.
Transneft is a state-owned trunk pipeline operator and the largest oil and petroleum products pipeline company in the world. It is among ten largest Russian companies in terms of sales.
Transneft is operating about 70 thousand kilometers of trunk pipelines. It transports up to 85% of oil and 25% of light petroleum products produced in Russia.
The company's strategy is aimed at the development and modernization of Russia’s trunk pipeline system.
Transneft is currently conducting a number of large-scale investment projects designed to increase the capacity of trunk oil and oil products pipelines in order to comply with the planned volumes of production and processing.

SIBUR operates 23 production sites, had over 27,000 employees and serves more than 1,400 large customers in the energy, automotive, construction, FMCG, chemical, and other industries in approximately 70 countries.
Open Joint stock Company “Surgutneftegas” is one of the largest private vertically integrated oil companies in Russia bringing together research and design, exploration, drilling and mining units, oil refining, gas processing and marketing subsidiaries.
OJSC “Surgutneftegas” carries out prospecting, exploration and production of hydrocarbons in three Russian oil and gas provinces – Western Siberia, Eastern Siberia and Timano-Pechora.
R&D support of oil and gas production is provided by its corporate R&D center “SurgutNIPIneft”. LLC “Lengiproneftekhim” carries out R&D in the sphere of oil refining and gas processing.
Hydrocarbon processing is carried out by two subsidiaries of the Company: LLC “KINEF” refinery in Leningradskaya Oblast and a gas processing complex in Khanty-Mansiysky Autonomous Okrug – Yugra. On the marketing side, the Company is complemented with five marketing subsidiaries ensuring the supply of oil products in the NorthWest of Russia.
Acknowledging the urgency of energy efficiency and energy saving issues and the necessity of rational use of resources, OJSC “Surgutneftegas” was among the first ones in the industry to start developing small-scale power generation based on the construction of gas turbine and gas reciprocating engine power plants. Today the Company is one of the major producers of electric power among oil and gas companies in Western and Eastern Siberia.

Gazprom Neft is a vertically integrated oil company engaged primarily in the exploration and development of oil and gas fields, refinery, as well as the production and sale of petroleum products.

The Gazprom Neft Group is comprised of more than 70 production, refinery and sales subsidiaries in Russia, its neighbouring countries and further afield.

As of December 31, 2016, The Company’s total “proven” and “probable” hydrocarbon reserves, (in accordance with the International SPE PRMS standards) are estimated to be 2.72 Billion tons of oil equivalent.

Gazprom Neft is the third largest oil company in Russia by refining volumes and fourth largest by production. In 2016, the company's hydrocarbon production reached 82.6 million tons, whilst volumes refined amounted to 41.9 million tons.

Gazprom Neft exports to over 50 countries and distributes its products for sale through an extensive network of outlets both in Russia and abroad.

The Company currently has a network of 1,793 petrol stations in Russia, CIS and Europe.

Gazprom Neft reported a net profit of 200bln rub in 2016, which represents an 82.5% increase on its 2015 results. The largest shareholder of Gazprom Neft is Gazprom, whose stake amounts to 95.68 %, whilst the remaining shares are in free float.
RusHydro Group is one of Russia’s largest power generating holding companies. RusHydro is the leader in the production of power on the basis of renewable energy sources, developing power generation using water flows, tides, sun, wind and geothermal energy. The Russian Federation owns 60,56% of share capital of PJSC RusHydro.

The RusHydro’s installed capacity of power plants amounts to 38.9 GW. RusHydro Group incorporates over 90 renewable power source facilities, a range of thermal power plants, research, design and survey, engineering organizations, retail power supply companies.

The RusHydro’s assets in the Far East include incorporate thermal and hydroelectric power plants with the total capacity of more than 12 GW, power networks with the spread over 102,000 km. RusHydro constructs throughout the region four thermal power plants and two hydroelectric power plants with total capacity more than 1000 MW, implements the projects in the area of solar energy and wind power.
Siberian Coal Energy Company is Russia’s largest coal producer and one of the largest coal mining companies in the world. SUEK operates in eight Russian regions. SUEK employs approximately 33,500 people.

SUEK today – 27 opencast and underground mines, 9 washing plants, Vanino Bulk Terminal, Murmansk Sea Commercial port and other industrial transportation, maintenance and engineering facilities.

SUEK is the world’s fifth-largest coal company in terms of reserves, with 5.4 billion tonnes, and one of the world’s top ten producers by volume.

In 2016, the production volume was 105.4 million tons. SUEK accounts more than 27% of Russia’s total coal production.

The T Plus Group (before June 2015 — IES Holding) is Russia’s biggest private Heat&Power company. It’s major activities are heat&power generation, energy trading, energy retail, and energy services. T Plus ensures stable and reliable energy supply across 16 regions of Russia to over 14 mln of private and more than 160 thousand of commercial and industrial clients.

The Group’s title entity, the consolidated generating company T Plus, emerged as a result of consolidation of several  generating companies, previously controlled by former IES Holding: TGC-5, TGC-6, TGC-9 and Volga TGC. The Group also comprises energy retail company EnergosbyT Plus and repair&maintenance arm - TPlus Energoremont. T Plus operates 61 CHP, over 400 boiler houses, and almost 18 000 km of heat networks, which allows to generate and sell to consumers more than 100 mln Gcal of heat and 50 bln KWh of electricity annually. The company holds 6% of Russia’s installed electric capacity, and generates almost 5% of national electric output. The 8% share in country's centralized heat supply makes T PLUS the second biggest heat producer in Russia and in the world.
