State Corporation – the Assistance Fund for the Reform of the Housing and Utilities Sector provides financial support to the subjects of the Russian Federation on co-financing the overhaul of apartment houses and resettlement of emergency housing and modernization of communal infrastructure. The Fund operates in accordance with Federal law of July 21, 2007 № 185-FZ "About the Assistance Fund for the Reform of the Housing and Utilities Sector ".
Gazprom Energoholding LLC – a specialized company (a 100%-owned subsidiary of PJSC Gazprom) of managing Group “Gazprom” companies in electric utility industry.  “Gazprom Energoholding” is the leader in the thermal power and electric energy production by the energy generating companies in Russia. “Gazprom Energoholding” power stations are generating about 16 % of Russia’s entire energy sector capacity. “Gazprom Energoholding” occupies a leading position in the heat supply market of the Moscow region that is the world's largest heat market. The main product companies of “Gazprom Energoholding” are PJSC Mosenergo, PJSC TGC-1, and PJSC OGK-2, which generate electric and thermal power mainly based on natural gas and coal. The Group also includes PJSC MOEK that is the largest heat supply organization of the Moscow region.
NOVATEK is the largest independent natural gas producer in Russia and the country’s second largest company in terms of production volumes. Established in 1994, the Company is engaged in the exploration, production and processing of natural gas and liquid hydrocarbons. The Company produces hydrocarbons at 13 fields. The Company created efficient production and processing facilities. In 2016 The Company’s cumulated marketable production reached 537.0 MMBOE which is 3.0% above the 2015 level. NOVATEK ranks among the Top 5 oil-and-gas companies globally in terms of proved natural gas reserves. At year-end 2016, the Company’s reserves-to-production ratio was 24 years. The Company’s largest project is Yamal LNG, which envisages the construction of a natural gas liquefaction plant on the Yamal Peninsula, Russia, with a capacity of 16.5 million tons of LNG per annum. The first train of the plant will be commissioned in Q4 2017.
