Sites for press events

Briefing hall

This hall is designed for press events of any kind: press conferences, briefings, and agreement signing ceremonies.

Total area: 190 m² 
Location: Manege Central Exhibition Hall, 1^st floor
Capacity: 54 seats, four-person panel 
Equipment:

• Branded press wall 
• Panel table for 4 speakers 
• Audio equipment, conference system with 4 microphones, speaker’s stand, equipment for simultaneous interpreting, 2 plasma screens on both sides of the panel table

Rental (for one event of up to 45 minutes): RUB 66,125 (VAT 18% excluded).

Included in cost of rental:

  Announcement of the event among REW-accredited media representatives: 

• Announcement of the event via the press centre’s public address system; 
• Sending of text message notifications to REW-accredited media representatives; 
• Inclusion of information about the event on the plan of press events. 

Press points

Press points are areas where participants of the Forum’s business programme can speak to the media. They are also used for press access events and agreement signing ceremonies.

The press points are designed in the Forum’s corporate style and equipped with sound amplification systems.

Rental cost of a press point: RUB 33,125 (VAT 18% excluded).

Your request will take up to five working days to process.

In addition to renting sites, you can also use the services of protocol and organizational support for agreement signing ceremonies, press conferences, and briefings. Please submit an additional form to request these services.

The cost of protocol and organizational support services for press conferences and briefings is RUB 46,000 (VAT 18% excluded).

The cost of protocol and organizational support services for agreement signing ceremonies is RUB 36,000 (VAT 18% excluded).

Should a customer wish to hold several agreement signing ceremonies consecutively, the cost of organizing each subsequent ceremony is RUB 6,000 (VAT 18% excluded).
