Testing during the installation period
When do I need to submit a test?
Installation period: from 00:01 on 1 October until 15:00 on 11 October.
PCR testing for the duration of installation work must be taken no earlier than 48 hours and no later than 24 hours before the venue visit. Test result is valid until the end of the installation work.
Timeframes for testing during the Forum
When do I need to submit a test?
Participants must take PCR test 24 hours before arriving at the venue for the first time, but no earlier than 08:00 on 11 October. The badge is activated after a negative result has been received, and will work until the end of the Forum.
A single test is sufficient for attendance at all Forum events with the exception of the plenary session.
How long is the test result valid?
The badge will be activated for the entire duration of the Forum. You can check the badge status in the ‘COVID-19’ section in your Roscongress personal account.
How long will it take for the result to arrive?
Lab results will be provided within 24 hours. You can check the test result in the ‘COVID-19 –Test results’ section in your Roscongress personal account.
Plenary session
When I need to submit a PCR test before the plenary session?
Plenary session attendees must take the PCR test on 11 October from 13:00. The result of this test will remain valid for the remainder of the Forum.
Please note that access to the plenary session is by invitation only, and is not included as part of the participant package.
Where I need to submit a PCR test before the plenary session?
You may pass the PCR testing in any testing centre or book off-site PCR testing.

I’m a participant. How can I find out the result of my test and badge status?
Badges for access to the venue are activated according to the results of the PCR test.
Before going to the Forum venue, please make sure that your test result is negative and your badge is activated. There are several ways to find out this information:
- An email notification ‘Badge is activated’ (for participants only)
- A notification in the Roscongress personal accountpersonal web office
If you are still waiting for your test result and your badge hasn’t been activated, please contact the manager at the Roscongress Foundation responsible for arranging your participation in the Forum. You can find their contact information in your Roscongress personal account.
I’m a media representative. How can I find out the result of my test?
You can check the result and the status of your badge in your personal web office. The badge status will appear on the main page of the personal web office. You can check the test result in the ‘COVID-19 – Test results’ section.
Testing centres
Where can I submit a test?
Tests will be analysed at Forum testing centres set up by Rospotrebnadzor in Moscow and St. Petersburg.
Can I take a test in a different laboratory or clinic?
No. You can take a test only at a specialized centres. Test results from other laboratories will not be valid for attending the Forum.
Where can I find a list of testing centres?
A list of testing centres and opening times can be viewed in the REW 2022 testing centres section of the website.
Will it be possible to submit a test at night in some locations?
Yes. A number of 24-hour testing centres will be in operation for participants and media representatives. These will be located at airports in Moscow, Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg, The Carlton, Moscow, and Moscow Marriott Grand Hotel.
There is also the option of booking an off-site test.
Providing information for tests
What information needs to be provided in order to submit a test?
Before visiting a testing centre, please find out your ID number (available in the Roscongress personal account) and take your passport with you. If you have already received your badge, please also take it with you – you can find your ID number there.
What is the ID number for?
Your test will be linked to the ID number. Without the ID number, it will be impossible to transfer data to the accreditation centre and activate your badge to access the event.
I’m a participant. Where can I find my ID number?
Your ID number is indicated on your badge. If you have not yet received your badge, you can view it in the ‘Personal Information’ section of your Roscongress personal account. The ID number is displayed next to the participant’s photograph.
Where can I find the ID number of a media representative?
A media representative’s ID number can be found in the personal web office next to their photograph.
Activating a badge
Can I collect my badge first, and then submit a test?
Yes. Your PCR test has no bearing on you being able to collect your badge, only on activating it. You can first collect your badge, and then take a PCR test, or vice versa.
Paying for PCR tests
How much does one test cost?
One test costs RUB 1,600 (excluding VAT). Please pay in advance for any tests you plan to take.
How do I pay for my PCR tests?
Participants and media representatives are kindly requested to pay for their tests in advance via their Roscongress personal account and personal web office respectively. Go to the ‘COVID-19 – Payment for PCR testing’ section, click the ‘Pay’ button, and follow the instructions to pay by card.
I need to take more than one test. Can I pay for all of them at once?
Yes. You can pay for more than one test at once.
I need to pay for tests of other participants. Can I pay for all of them at once?
Yes. You can pay for test of other participants at once, but you need to know their ID.
How do I tell that the payment went through?
Check the ‘Get the receipt’ in the payment form and submit your email address. An electronic receipt will be mailed to this address.
How can I pay for PCR tests by invoice on behalf of a legal entity?

2. Sign the agreement on behalf of the legal entity.
3. Provide the full names and IDs of the participant or participants whose tests are being paid for in the agreement.
4. Make the payment.
Testing can only be carried out after the payment has been made in advance and in full.
I cannot pay for testing through personal account. Can I pay in the testing centre?
Yes. You can pay for testing in the testing centre by QR code. But you should know your ID Forum participant number.
My card does not work. How do I pay for my PCR tests?
Some testing centres will be equipped with points accepting cash payment in Russian roubles. A list of testing centres accepting cash can be viewed in the Payment for PCR testing section.
I don’t have any roubles in cash. What should I do?
In the Currency and bank card transactions section you will find a list of currency exchange offices located nearest to the hotels, Forum venue, and testing centres.

How do I book a test for a participant?
Participants can book a test via their Roscongress personal account. Go to ‘My events – REW 2022 – Event dashboard – COVID-19 – PCR testing centre and time slot selection’, and select a testing centre and time slot.

Media representatives can schedule a test via their personal web office. Go to COVID-19 – PCR testing centre and time slot selection, and select a testing centre and time slot.
