Medical care at the venue
During both the preparation and hosting of REW 2023, emergency medical service (hereinafter referred to as ‘EMS’) teams will be on duty on the 1st floor of the Manege Central Exhibition Hall to provide medical assistance on location.
Documents
In order to receive timely medical assistance if you have confirmed novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) symptoms, please make sure to have an identification document (passport), migration card and a compulsory health insurance certificate (valid in the Russian Federation) with you at all times.
Detection of COVID-19
If you test positive for COVID-19, you must inform the organizers of your current location within 24 hours so that the information can be sent to Rospotrebnadzor.
Please note that entry to the Forum will be automatically blocked. You must self-isolate in your accommodation facility for the duration of the Forum.
