Chief engineers from heat supply companies meet during Russian Energy Week

6 October, Moscow. – Chief engineers from heat supply companies held a meeting during the ‘Russian Energy Week’ Energy Efficiency and Energy Development International Forum.

The meeting was attended by Lipetsk Municipal Energy Company Vladimir Bashkarev, T Plus Director for Economics and Heat Sites Alexander Vilesov, T Plus Chief Engineer Boris Arkhipov, Director of the "Heat" Division of Siberian Generation Company Igor Maximov, and Heating Network of St. Petersburg Diagnostics Service Director Dmitry Chuyko.

“The Russian Ministry of Energy is paying more and more attention to our sector. The adoption this year of a law on special relations in heating supply was an indicator of the Ministry’s special attitude to heating supplies”, said the moderator of the meeting, Russian Heat Supply Vice-President and Head of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Standardization Vasily Polivanov.

The meeting participants discussed the current problems facing the industry, shared the work experience of heat supply companies in their regions in terms of efficiency, and discussed areas for subsequent development.
