This section contains information about registering representatives from your contractor company (employees, vehicles, and drivers) working within your company’s Networking Area during setup/dismantling, as well as for the duration of the Forum.

Those contractor company employees, drivers, and vehicles whose work requires that they be at the Russian Energy Week Energy Efficiency and Energy Development International Forum (REW) venue between 08:00 on 28 September 2019 and 18:00 on 1 October 2019, and/or between 19:00 on 5 October 2019 and 23:59 on 8 October 2019 must obtain accreditation for the setup/dismantling period.
Those contractor company employees whose work requires that they be at the REW venue between 18:00 on 1 October 2019 and 19:00 on 5 October 2019 must obtain accreditation for the duration of the Forum.
Please note that employees accredited for the duration of the Forum do not require separate accreditation for the setup/dismantling period.
The following steps are required to obtain accreditation for employees, drivers, and vehicles:
Agree staff quotas with the REW 2019 Organizing Committee (number of staff permitted within the Red and Blue Zones of the REW venue during the Forum, and during setup/dismantling).
Submit an organization registration form to the Technical Staff and Vehicle Accreditation Department.
Send a digital copy (in Excel format) and scanned copy (in PDF or JPEG format) to email@example.com by no later than 16 August 2019.
Receive, in person or by email, an individual username (login) and password for your personal web office.
Complete forms for employees, drivers, and vehicles in the personal web office. This should be done in the manner indicated and in accordance with the selected accreditation period. Upload photographs of employees whose work requires that they be at the REW venue during the Forum.
Photographs must meet the following requirements:
- 480×640 pixels in size
- Colour, on a white background, suitable for documents
- Resolution: 300 dpi (image quality)
- Depict the subject facing the camera, wearing no head covering
- face must fill at least 70% of the photograph
Requests for accreditation of employees, drivers, and vehicles will be open from 1 August 2019 until 13 September 2019.
Changes and additions to the lists may be made until 13 September 2019.
After 13 September 2019, changes and additions may be made only with the approval of the Forum Director.
Changes to information about:
- employees or employee quotas
must be made by the contractor company’s authorized representative themselves. Please note:
- once employee/driver/vehicle information is saved in the personal web office, it can no longer be edited
- in order to make any changes, a request must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
- if an employee/driver/vehicle has been replaced, you must first delete the corresponding employee/driver/vehicle record and complete a new form in its place
- once a badge/transport pass/temporary pass has been issued, the employee/driver/vehicle record can no longer be deleted by the company
- to replace or remove an employee/driver/vehicle in these circumstances, or to replace an employee/driver/vehicle whose accreditation application was denied following the background check, contact Anna Alekseeva, Deputy Head of the Technical Staff and Vehicle Accreditation Department.

Receipt of accreditation package
Badges/passes may NOT be picked up in person by individual employees/drivers. Temporary passes for the setup/dismantling period and employee badges for the duration of the Forum are issued in A SINGLE accreditation package upon presentation of an authorized representative’s power of attorney and a passport. The date and time for collecting the accreditation package must be agreed in advance with the Technical Staff and Vehicle Accreditation Department manager assisting your organization.
You may print out a copy of the power of attorney and list of employees, vehicles, and drivers from your company’s personal web office.
In order to collect badges and temporary passes, copies of the passports of all employees applying for accreditation, in accordance with the relevant list and power of attorney, must be presented.
If discrepancies are found between passport information and information entered in the system, it will only be possible to issue badges after the corresponding changes are made and the request is reprocessed. This process takes a minimum of three working days.
