the second ‘Territory of Energy Dialogue 2023’ Scientific and Practical
Conference, on the scientific and technological development of the fuel and
energy complex in the medium and long term, has begun.
The Scientific and Practical Conference will be held
on 10 October 2023 in Moscow, on the first day of Russian Energy Week.
Participants may attend nine panel sessions on the prospects for development of
the transportation and energy industries.
