The Russian Energy Week will include the Territory of Energy Dialogue scientific and practical conference
The Territory of Energy Dialogue scientific and practical conference
will be held as part of the Russian Energy Week International Forum. The event
will be held on the opening day of REW, 10 October 2023, in Moscow. Attendance
at the conference will be free of charge for attendees.
The conference agenda was discussed at the meeting of the Organizing
Committee. The key leitmotif of the Territory of Energy Dialogue will be to
define scenario forecasts for the technological development of the global and
Russian energy sectors in the medium and long term.
Speakers at the event will represent various organizations from the fuel
and energy sector, as well as related industries, high-tech companies,
scientific organizations, development institutions, and authorities to exchange
views on topical issues. During the business programme, experts will engage in
discussions about the prospects of technological advancements in the fuel and
energy sectors. Topics will also include forecasting and modelling energy
development, gathering industry statistics, establishing infrastructure for
environmentally friendly transport, facilitating the transfer of promising
energy technologies, and exploring opportunities for international industry and
inter-industry cooperation.
Alexey Kulapin, General Director of the Russian Energy Agency (REA) of
the Ministry of Energy of Russia: “The event is more relevant than ever today,

substitution and the development of innovative technologies. The conference
aims to forecast the future pathways of the fuel and energy sector's growth. It
is devoted to addressing the needs of both traditional and emerging energy

the digitalization of the fuel and energy sector. Throughout the conference, we
intend to create recommendations that expedite the journey from technology
invention to its practical implementation, ultimately achieving technological
sovereignty.”
