Andrey Ryumin, Director
General of ROSSETI, and Vladimir Tabak, Director General of ANO Dialog Regions,
signed a cooperation agreement at the Russian Energy Week Forum. The parties
agreed to work together to improve the information transparency of the grid
sector and develop mechanisms for interactive interaction with consumers.
Implementation of the agreement
will make it possible to increase the efficiency of responses to communications
from citizens and legal entities on all issues related to ROSSETI Group’s
operations. It is planned to use a wide range of tools, including social
networks, messengers, and other means of electronic communication.
ROSSETI Group companies will
cooperate with the structures of ANO Dialog Regions – Regional Management
Centres. These are project offices that monitor, process, and analyze
residents’ appeals and communications and ensure interdepartmental interaction
to maximize the time it takes to receive a response and resolve a problem issue.
“The operation of the grid
complex affects almost all spheres of life in the country. It is one of the few
infrastructural systems, the importance of which is equally great for the
state, for business and for ordinary people. We pay great attention to keeping
all stakeholders, including consumers, informed about our work. I am confident
that cooperation with ANO Dialog Regions will help to solve this task,” said
Andrey Ryumin.
“Today, the SDG infrastructure
and the ecosystem of state websites help residents get all the information they
need in a couple of clicks. Cooperation with ROSSETI Group in the regions will
help systematically and in advance inform citizens about planned outages via
public websites and promptly respond to requests in social media on the topic
of electricity supply,” added Vladimir Tabak.
