Participation packages and fee

Please be aware that attendance at the Russian Energy Week 2024 plenary session is not included in the participation packages and is by special invitation only.

The price will increase on 18 July 2024.

How do I pay the participation fee?

As part of REW 2024, the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Sector will be held for the first time in the Atrium of the Gostiny Dvor in Moscow on 26–28 September.

How do I visit the exhibition?

Registration quotas

In order to maintain a high level of representation, the organizers have put the following restrictions in place at the Forum:

4 participant packages

Companies may apply for up to four participant packages in instances where the delegation is led by the head of the company (president, CEO, managing director, chairman of the management board/board of directors)

2 participant packages

Companies may apply for up to two participant packages in instances where the delegation is led by somebody other than the head of the company.

The Participant package fee is to be paid for each representative attending the event.

Please note that if the quota for participants from a given company is exceeded, the participation fee for the first additional participant will be 20% above the package price. The participation fee for each subsequent participant will increase by 50% of the package price.
