Transneft is the largest oil pipeline company in the world, and the state operator of Russia’s trunk pipelines for crude oil and petroleum products.

It is the longest private railway in Russia. A marine coal terminal is under construction, with a transshipment capacity of 50 million tons.

The history of the Joint Stock Company "Foreign Economic Association

Promsyrioimport" of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation began in 1936.

As a monopoly representative of the USSR on the world metal market, the company was engaged in the import of ferrous metals, supplying, among others, the defence industry serving the warfront during the Great Patriotic War.

In 2014, JSC Promsyrioimport was transferred to the control of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

The Global Energy Association on development of international research and projects in the field of energy is an NGO established to promote and support innovations in the field of energy, and to foster international cooperation. Founded in 2002, the organisation works as the operator of the Global Energy Prize.

Since its inception, the Global Energy Prize has gained high international profile and worldwide acclaim. Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) was established in 1992 to transport crude oil from the Western Kazakhstan and Russian fields, including those in the Caspian Region. Crude oil is transported to the Company’s Marine Terminal in the settlement of Yuzhnaya Ozereevka (Novorossiysk) where it is loaded into tankers for dispatch to the global markets. Pipeline length - 1511 km.

CPC is one of the most cost effective and reliable routes to export crude oil from the Caspian and Black Sea Region to the consumers throughout the world. CPC pumps about 80% of all Kazakhstan export oil. The oil pipeline throughput capacity is about 83 million tons per annum.

Unigreen Energy is the largest private company in Russia in the sector of renewable energy. It implements renewable energy projects in Africa, CIS, Asia and Latin America. The pipeline of renewable projects exceeds 1.5 GW.

According to Decree of the President of the Russian Federation No. 302 dated April 25, 2023, 83.73% of the shares of Unipro PJSC owned by the Uniper SE group were assigned for interim management to the Federal Agency for the Administration of State Property (Rosimushchestvo).

The main type of activity is the production and sale of electrical energy

and power. Unipro PJSC is also brought to distributed generation

and engineering markets in the Russian Federation.

Unipro PJSC includes five thermal stations with a total capacity of 11,320.243 MW: Surgutskaya GRES-2 (5,722 MW), Berezovskaya GRES (2,420 MW),

Shaturskaya GRES (1,500 MW), Smolenskaya GRES (630 MW), and Yayvinskaya GRES (1,048 MW).

Electricity production is 56.7 billion kWh, heat energy is 1,982 thousand Gcal in 2024.
