The Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Industry is a key space for manufacturers, developers, and suppliers of technologies and equipment for all segments of the fuel and energy industry. During the Russian Energy Week Forum, the exhibition will present advanced developments and Russian-made analogues of foreign solutions.

1. Go to the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account
2. Choose REW 2025
3. Go to the ‘My participation’ section
4. Open the ‘Participation fee payment’ section
5. Enter the payer’s information (make sure you enter the information of the individual or legal entity making the payment)
6. Select the payment method:
   • For residents of the Russian Federation: invoice in roubles or bank card for residents
   • For non-residents of the Russian Federation: invoice in roubles/US dollars/euros or bank card
7. Select the type of payment document: a participation agreement or invoice agreement

The Roscongress Foundation

The Roscongress Foundation is a socially oriented non-financial development institution and a major organizer of nationwide and international conventions, exhibitions, and business, public, youth, sporting, and cultural events. It was established in pursuance of a decision by the President of the Russian Federation.

The business programme architecture will appear on the website about 1–2 months before the Forum in the Programme Architecture section. You can view the REW 2024 business programme. 

The full business programme will appear on the website approximately 1–2 weeks before the Forum in the Business Programme section.

Access to the Russian Energy Week 2025 plenary session is by special invitation only and will not be offered as part of the participation package. An invitation will be sent by email.

To participate in REW 2025 as a media representative, you must apply for accreditation through the official Forum website in the Media accreditation section of the website. 

More information will be available closer to the event dates.

To become a moderator or speaker at Russian Energy Week 2025, please send a request to the working group that is preparing the programme by email at: programme@roscongress.org with your contact information, position, organization, and a brief outline of your presentation on the selected topic. 

If you are submitting an application after the programme architecture has been posted on the website, it must indicate the specific focus of the topic you plan to speak about based on the programme architecture.

To participate in the Forum as a volunteer, you need to register on the website congress.ru. To do this, you must provide your personal data and upload documents or log in to your existing personal account and tick the box next to the event.

The business and cultural programme venue may only be accessed with an accreditation badge for Russian Energy Week 2025. The badge is the only valid document confirming a participant’s Forum accreditation.

The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties. Participants should keep their badges and identity documents with them at all times while at the Forum venue.

You can pick up your badge at one of the Forum accreditation points.

The location and hours of the accreditation points will be announced on the website closer to the event dates.

A range of items will be prohibited from the event venue. In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any such items at their place of accommodation or in their vehicle.
