Vehicle service rates
Rates include all applicable taxes and fees. Transfer rates include paid airport and train station parking, as well as the price of being met in person. If necessary, receipts can be issued for accounting purposes (please inform the manager of the transportation department if you need the corresponding receipt).

Vehicle rental rates for the duration of the event
Rental rates include car reservations for 11 October 2023 to 12 October 2023 (2 days).
The maximum number of rental hours per day is 15 hours.
Hours not used on a particular rental day do not carry over to the next day. Additional hours of use must be purchased separately. The cost of an additional hour is shown in the table below.
