On September 28 Russia is celebrating the Day of the Nuclear Industry Worker. This date has been marked since 2005 and commemorates the day the research to explore the possibilities of atomic energy has begun. It was on September 28, 1942 when the order “On Organizing Uranium Research” has been officially signed. Problems of nuclear energy will be one of the central topics during the Russian Energy Week forum. A round table discussion on The Role and Development Prospects of Nuclear Power in the Global Energy Balance will take place on October 4. Discussion will be moderated by Charles Hendry, UK Minister of State at the Department of Energy and Climate Change (2010 - 2012). Among the participants of this event are Director General of State Atomic Energy Corporation ROSATOM Alexey Likhachev, Director General of the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) William D. S&P rating is an indicator of a company's financial climate. It is an influential source of information for securities market players, as well as investment funds experts and financial analysts. The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin will participate in the plenary session of the Russian Energy Week 2017. The news has been announced by the Presidential Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov. “The International Forum on energy efficiency and energy development Russian Energy Week will take place October 3 through 7 in Moscow and St. Petersburg. President Putin will participate in the plenary session of the Russian Energy Week”, said Mr. Peskov. The Presidential Press Secretary also added that the main topic of the event is ‘Energy for global growth’. ‘The section where the president will participate also includes a panel discussion. This should be fascinating’, added Mr. Peskov.
