REW Business Programme to Feature a Presentation of the Energy Efficiency Ratings of Grid Companies

In collaboration with the expert community, the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation will present the results of the annual energy efficiency rating of grid companies, based on results from 2016–2017. 

The rating evaluates efforts made by companies to reduce losses in the grid, implement modern technologies, and optimize the development of infrastructure. Experts will take part in discussing best practies for reducing grid losses and describe plans to increase energy efficiency in the future.

The session will be attended by representatives of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, regional and municipal ministries of energy, housing, and utilities, energy companies, and experts.
