
On 2 October 2019, agreements were signed
between the Housing and Utilities Fund and the governments of the Perm Region and
Novosibirsk Region.
Konstantin Tsitsin, Director General of the
state-run Housing and Utilities Reform Support Fund, and Maxim Reshetnikov,
Governor of Perm Region signed an agreement to increase financing to implement
the federal project to relocate more than 10,000 citizens from dilapidated
housing in the region by 2019–2021. The agreement is worth 5
billion 118 million roubles. The plans involve the relocation of more than 4,000
thousand dilapidated housing with an area of almost 140,000 square metres.
The agreement was signed with the aim of
implementing the federal project ‘Ensuring the sustainable reduction of
unsuitable housing’, which is part of the national project ‘Housing and Urban Environment’.
The Board of the Housing and Utilities Fund decided that the regions can submit
applications and receive advance payments to implement dilapidated housing relocation
programmes within the three-year limit of 2019–2021 ahead of
schedule.
Konstantin Tsitsin, Director General of the
state-run Housing and Utilities Reform Support Fund, and Andrey Travnikov, Governor
of Novosibirsk Oblast signed an agreement on the provision of financial support
from the Housing and Utilities Fund to implement two modernization projects in
the heat supply sector worth a total of 445 million roubles. The agreements
provide for co-financing of the construction of 8 boiler houses and the
modernization of 1 boiler house, and the construction and modernization of
nearly 30 km of heating and hot water pipes.
