This year, Russian Energy
Week will be held for the first time at two venues: from 26 to 28 September
Manege Central Exhibition Hall will host events of the business programme, and
Gostiny Dvor will offer an exhibition of equipment and technologies for the
fuel and energy complex. The exhibition will bring together over 50 leading
companies, equipment suppliers, technology manufacturers of all industry areas
of the fuel and energy complex. Exhibitors will present promising projects,
breakthrough achievements, innovative equipment and advanced technologies used
in the extraction, processing, transportation, transmission and distribution of
energy resources, as well as local analogues of foreign projects, developments
and solutions that are already working today.
“Russia is a world
leader in the development of equipment for the fuel and energy sector. For the
first time during the Russian Energy Week, the general public will have the
opportunity to see the latest innovative equipment for the fuel and energy
sector and learn about unique digital energy technologies. We expect that the
prepared exposition will become another reason to be proud of the achievements
of Russian builders, designers and scientists,” said Alexander Novak,
Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.
The aim of the exhibition
is to demonstrate effective strategies and opportunities for the development of
the fuel and energy industry, as well as to strengthen existing and create new
international and cross-industry business relations.
“The new exhibition and
business platform will unite the efforts of key industry players to develop the
fuel and energy complex, improve its efficiency, assess the success of the
collective energy programme formed by major market players, identify the main
areas of import substitution of critical equipment and technologies for the
fuel and energy complex, as well as promote the attraction of financing for
fuel and energy complex projects,” said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to
the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the REW 2024
Organizing Committee.
The exhibition will be
divided into several thematic zones: Gas, Oil, Coal, Electric Power
Engineering, Atom, Renewable Energy Sources (RES), Oil and Gas Chemistry, and
Metrology in the Fuel and Energy Complex. In addition to the display of
equipment and technologies for the fuel and energy complex, the exhibition will
include business events for engineering professionals.
The Russian Energy Week
International Forum is one of the key platforms for discussing current trends
in the development of the modern fuel and energy complex. The event is
traditionally attended by the heads of the largest companies in the energy
sector. This year, the Forum’s business programme will include more than 30
events to be held at the Manege Exhibition Centre. The main programme of REW
2024 will also include business breakfasts dedicated to the future of the
energy sector. The main events will take place on 26 and 27 September. The
Russian Energy Week will conclude with the traditional Youth Day.
