20 February promises to be an eventful day
at the international RUSSIA EXPO’s National Achievements Forum: Energy with
Russian pop stars on hand to dazzle guests with a spectacular five-hour concert
as the day winds down.
Polina Gagarina, Nyusha, Mari Kraimbreri,
Seville (Artik & Asti), Uma2rman, and Quattro will join a star-studded
lineup on stage at All-Russian Exhibition Centre from 15:00 to 20:00 to perform
their greatest hits. Helping to heat up the February cold will be performances
from the creative teams and artists of Mosgas, Lukoil, Surgutneftegaz, Inter
RAO, SO UES, and the Rosatom State Corporation. The show will be hosted by
legendary sports commentator Dmitry Guberniev, whose career has spanned the
historic victories of many Russian athletes, and TV presenter Karina Kross.
Theme day guests will likewise be treated
to special interactive prize draws sponsored by energy companies and led by the
event hosts. Gifts will include tickets to Russian Premier League games set to
resume in early March following the winter break. The energy company sponsors
of Spartak, CSKA, and Zenit invite fans of the beautiful game to try their luck
during the festive concert.
Visitors to the cultural programme will
also have the opportunity to take in the ‘Get Charged Up’ Festival of Energy
and Sports featuring legendary footballers Dmitry Alenichev, Dmitry Bulykin,
Vladislav Radimov, and Yegor Titov.
Russia has led, leads, and always will lead
the development of atomic energy as the world’s top energy power. Participating
companies have prepared an extensive interactive programme of quizzes and
quests for visitors to test their knowledge of energy and electrical safety
rules, take part in master classes from the country’s leading power engineers,
and try their hand at virtual welding with world champions of the sport, which
promises to be the highlight of the programme.
A special gastronomic programme will
introduce guests to the cuisines of different ethnic peoples from across Russia
and warm drinks suited to the occasion based on the recipes of the nation’s
greatest scientists.
Join us as we plug into the nation’s power
grid!
Entrance to the event is free, with adults
