EXHIBITION OF EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE FUEL AND ENERGY SECTOR
As part of REW 2025, the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Sector will be held in the Atrium of the Gostiny Dvor in Moscow on 15–17 October.
Participants of REW 2025 can attend the events of the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Sector with their badge.
Go to your Roscongress personal account and confirm your participation in the Exhibition.
If you are not a participant of REW 2025, registration is required to visit the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Sector.
Attendance is free of charge.
PARTICIPATION IN THE FORUM AS A MODERATOR OR SPEAKER
Should you wish to participate in the Forum as a moderator or speaker, please email your request to the Organizing Committee.

REGISTRATION QUOTAS
In order to maintain a high level of representation, the organizers have put the following restrictions in place at the Forum:
4 participant packages
Companies may apply for up to four participant packages in instances where the delegation is led by the head of the company (president, CEO, managing director, chairman of the management board/board of directors)
2 participant packages
Companies may apply for up to two participant packages in instances where the delegation is led by somebody other than the head of the company.
Please note that if the quota for participants from a given company is exceeded, the participation fee for the first additional participant will be 20% above the package price. The participation fee for each subsequent participant will increase by 50% of the package price.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FORUM?
1. SUBMIT AN APPLICATION
If you wish to submit an application to attend the Forum, please apply to participate in the ‘Events – Upcoming’ section of your Roscongress personal account.

2. RECEIVE AN INVITATION
Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee. If your application is approved, you will receive an invitation to the Forum and your application status will be updated in real time in the ‘My events’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
The review process varies by applicant but can take up to 10 days. The Organizing Committee reserve the right to reject an application without explanation.
3. CONFIRM YOUR ATTENDANCE
Once you have received an invitation, please confirm your participation by going to the ‘My events – Russian Energy Week 2025 – Event dashboard’ section of your Roscongress personal account.
HOW DO I DECLINE TO PARTICIPATE?
If you have received an invitation but have decided not to attend the Forum, or have previously confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend, please decline your participation via the Roscongress personal account or by informing the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
HOW THE PARTICIPANT CAN BE SUBSTITUTED?
A participant can only be substituted with the approval of the Organizing Committee. If you have confirmed your participation but no longer plan to attend the Forum for any reason, and you wish to arrange a replacement, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist you are in touch with regarding your participation in the Forum.
4. PAY THE PARTICIPATION FEE
To pay for participation in the Forum, participants must sign agreement or invoice agreement, which serves as a confirmation and guarantee of participation. The payment date shall be considered the date on which the funds reach the account of the Roscongress Foundation.
5. PICK UP YOUR BADGE
An accreditation badge is required to enter the Forum venue. To collect your badge, you must in the Roscongress personal account:
- Confirm participation in the Forum
- Enter your personal information
- Upload a required photo for your badge
