Before registering for a PCR test, make sure the information you have provided matches that in your passport, that you have uploaded a photograph for your badge that meets the requirements and a scan of your passport under Personal Information, and that you have downloaded medical and information consent forms in a single file.
If the button hasn’t activated, check that you have provided all the necessary information. If you have uploaded everything required, but the button still hasn’t activated, please contact the Roscongress Foundation specialist.
For test booking:
- Go to the ‘PCR testing – Book a test’ section
- Choose the most convenient testing centre from the list and select a time slot
- Download the consent to medical intervention.
1. Participants
You must use the Roscongress personal account to book a test. In the Roscongress personal account, go to the ‘My events’ section and choose ‘REW 2025’, then open the ‘Event dashboard – PCR testing’ tab. In the ‘PCR testing – Book a test’ section, choose the most convenient testing centre from the list and select a time slot.
2. Media
You must use the personal web office to book a test. In the ‘PCR testing – Book a test’ section, choose the most convenient testing centre from the list and select a time slot.
PCR testing is to be paid for separately. Please do not forget to pay for your PCR test.
