To access the Forum venue at the Manege
To access the Manege Central Exhibition Hall during the Forum, you must obtain a REW 2025 participant badge.
You may not access the Manege with an electronic ticket or Gostiny Dvor badge.
Forum badges may be obtained at the following accreditation centres in Moscow:
- Accreditation Centre No. 1 (Museum of the Patriotic War of 1812)
- The Roscongress Foundation Accreditation Centre at the WTC Moscow
You must take a PCR test in order to activate your REW participant badge.
No testing is required to obtain a badge.
You can first obtain your accreditation badge and then take the test, or vice versa..
To access the Exhibition at Gostiny Dvor
To visit the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Industry at Gostiny Dvor, you must have the following with you:
For Exhibition visitors
- Electronic ticket
- Passport
Electronic tickets will be sent to all approved participants, to the email address specified on the application form.
Electronic tickets must be printed out.
For media, exhibitors, and Exhibition staff
- Exhibition accreditation badge

You must have an activated accreditation badge to enter the venue of the Forum.
The badge contains information about its holder: last name and first name in English, organization, participation category, photo, and the event insignia.
Badges for venue access are activated by a negative result of a PCR test.
- The badge is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.
- You must carry your badge and identity document (passport) with you at all times when at the Forum venue. The badge must be worn in a visible place.
- If your badge is lost or damaged, you should contact any accreditation desk or Help Desk. A lost badge will be blocked and a duplicate will then be issued based on a written application from the badge holder.
WHERE TO COLLECT YOUR BADGE?
We kindly ask that you collect your accreditation badge in advance at one of the accreditation points in Moscow.

In the ‘My events – Russian Energy Week 2025 – Event dashboard’ section of the Roscongress personal account you should:

Confirm participation in the Forum

Enter your personal information in full in accordance with your passport

Upload a required photo for your badge

Pay the participation fee
Data processing takes from 3 day.
If changes have been made to your identity document (passport) after you completed the application to participate in the Forum, the data in your Roscongress personal account must be edited (tab ‘My events – Russian Energy Week 2025 – Event dashboard – Personal information – Edit data’).
To make changes to any fields that are blocked for editing, please contact the specialist that you spoke with when registering for the Forum.
HOW TO FIND OUT IF MY BADGE IS READY?
There are several ways to find out or be notified when a participant badge is ready:

HOW DO I PICK UP MY BADGE?
When issuing the badge, the accreditation operator checks the data specified in the application to ensure it matches the information in your identity document. If the data does not match, the badge cannot be issued on the day you applied for it.
Receive the badge in person
Participant accreditation badges may be collected in person by presenting:

Receive the badge by proxy
To pick up a badge for another participant by proxy, the authorized individual must present:

Passport

Original standard power of attorney
Standard power of attorney form on behalf of legal entity

Copies of participants’ passports (copies of passports will be returned after badges are issued)
PCR TEST TO ACTIVATE YOUR BADGE
Access to the Manege Central Exhibition Hall (the Forum venue) is granted by activating the accreditation badge based on the results of PCR testing.
Please note that PCR testing is a prerequisite not to the badge collection, but to badge activation. You can collect your accreditation badge first, then take the PCR test, or vice versa.

No PCR testing is required to access the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Industry on 15–17 October 2025 at Gostiny Dvor.

To visit the Exhibition of Equipment and Technologies for the Fuel and Energy Industry at Gostiny Dvor, you must have the following with you:
For Exhibition visitors

How can I obtain an electronic ticket?
To receive an e-ticket submit an application. Your application will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee.
An e-ticket will be sent to all approved participants to the mailing address provided in the application form.
Print the e-ticket on an A4 sheet or save it to your phone to present the QR code to access the Exhibition.
E-ticket is valid only upon presentation of an identity document (passport).
The e-ticket is personalized and may not be transferred to third parties.
