Russian Energy Week 2025 to be held on 15–17 October
“The eighth Russian Energy Week International Forum will be held on 15–17 October in Moscow. The Energy Strategy of the Russian Federation, which facilitates the creation of benchmarks to advance the energy sector as part of the Russian economy’s transition to an innovative development path, ensures the extension of the time horizon to 2030 in accordance with the new tasks and priorities of the country’s development. Every year at REW, we have the opportunity to witness how accurate these benchmarks are, and to adjust them accordingly. The Forum will feature sessions on the efficient use of natural energy resources and the development of the energy sector’s potential for sustainable economic growth, improving the quality of life of the country’s population and helping to strengthen its international economic position. I am confident that Russia’s partners, including its new ones in the BRICS alliance, as well as the African countries which confirmed their interest in working with Russia at the recently concluded First Ministerial Conference of the Russia–Africa Partnership Forum, will play an active part in organizing and holding the Forum,” said Anton Kobyakov, Adviser to the President of the Russian Federation and Executive Secretary of the REW Organizing Committee.
