Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary Peter Szijjarto announced that he would be visiting Moscow on 11–13 October and to discuss issues related to energy with Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak.

Registration of participants in the second ‘Territory of Energy Dialogue 2023’ Scientific and Practical Conference, on the scientific and technological development of the fuel and energy complex in the medium and long term, has begun.

Registration will be available from 18 September to 2 October 2023.

The architecture of the business programme of the 6th International Forum Russian Energy Week, to be held at the Manege Exhibition Centre in Moscow on 11–13 October 2023, has been confirmed. The event’s central theme will be The New Reality of Global Energy: Building the Future. The Forum’s business programme includes more than 30 events divided into thematic blocks: The International Agenda; Sustainable Development and the Climate; Scientific and Technological Development, and the Digital Transformation; and The Development of the Fuel and Energy Sector. On 10 October, on the eve of REW, a scientific and practical conference, Territory of Energy Dialogue, will be held. The main Forum programme will also include a business breakfast focused on the development of an exchange highway for the fuel and energy sector. The 6th Russian Energy Week will conclude with the traditional Youth Day.

The business programme architecture for the “Territory of Energy Dialogue 2023” Scientific and Practical Conference has been approved. The event is set to take place on 10 October 2023 in Moscow, on the eve of the Russian Energy Week International Forum. The plenary session will focus on medium and long-term scientific and technological development in the fuel and energy sector in the new reality.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a law introducing certificates of origin for electricity. The corresponding document was published on the official website of legal information.

The third meeting of the Organizing Committee of the Russian Energy Week International Forum, which will be held in Moscow from 11 to 13 October 2023 at the Manege Central Exhibition Hall, took place in Moscow.
